Trong GA4
- Admin → Property settings → Google Ads links → Link Google Ads CID
- Enable "Personalized advertising" trong GA4 Property settings
- Enable "Ad personalization signals" cho từng property
- Mark events as Conversion (≥3 events: purchase, generate_lead, sign_up tùy ngành)
- Tạo Audience: dùng comparisons, sequences, dynamic conditions
- Tạo Predictive Audience: top spenders, likely 7d purchasers
- Enable Google signals (đối với personalized ads)
Trong Google Ads
- Tools → Linked accounts → Google Analytics (GA4) → confirm link
- Tools → Conversions → New conversion action → Import from Google Analytics (GA4) → chọn conversion events
- Tools → Audience manager → Audience sources → Google Analytics → Enable
- Tools → Audience manager → Segments → verify GA4 audiences đang sync
- Campaigns → bật auto-tagging
- Campaign settings → Enable Google signals (cho cross-device)
- Conversion settings → Attribution → Data-driven (cần ≥300 conversion/30 ngày)
